How to play
First decide who is going to be quiz master!
Download the quiz survey sheet. On it you will find three copies of the survey questions. Print as many sheets as you need for the number of people playing this with you. Cut up the sheets so that each person has a copy.
Decide how long you think everyone should have to complete it, say 5 minutes max. Start the clock.
Everybody then fills out their sheet. The quiz master then reads out each question in turn and asks for some answers. After receiving some, the quiz master then reads out the survey answers and the scores for each answer. Continue with each question until all 10 are completed.
Now add up the scores. If you are running an event you could have a small prize to hand out if you wish, or even set up a small sweepstake at the beginning if you are fund raising.
